This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the circumstances under which SemVR will provide refunds or credits for services purchased through our virtual reality educational platform.
Important: Due to the digital nature of our VR educational services and immediate access to content, different refund terms apply compared to physical products.

When: Less than 24 hours notice or no-show

A: If you haven't started the session, you can cancel per our timeline. Once started, refunds are generally not available unless there are technical issues or content significantly differs from description.
A: Internet connectivity on your side is not covered for refunds. We recommend testing beforehand. However, we may offer goodwill rescheduling in exceptional circumstances.
A: Yes! Free rescheduling if done 48+ hours in advance. This is often better as you retain full value.
A: Typically 5-10 business days from approval to appear in your account. Service credits are immediate.
A: Yes! 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime (no refund for current month). Annual plans have pro-rated refunds within 60 days.
